Welcome to our monthly coffee! We’ve changed our format and have quarterly coffees that involve networking and team building. We are so excited to have Kevin Williams have the floor and not only show us what being a team is all about, but also making genuine connections with our Connectors!
The activity? Box Processing! You and two others form a triad, each getting 10 minutes to present a challenge or decision you’re struggling with. Whether you’re feeling stuck or need fresh ideas, this fast-paced process helps you gain clarity. You’ll share your situation, answer quick questions, and receive valuable feedback from the other two members. In just 30 minutes, everyone walks away with new perspectives and actionable insights.
Value: You leave with fresh ideas and renewed momentum for an area where you felt stuck or uninspired.
Coffee this month will be provided by Chick-Fil-A. Please try your best to arrive around 8:15 so we can start the meeting at 8:30 sharp.
