Through her work\, Curing Kids Cancer brings hope\, resources\, and real progress to families navigating difficult journeys. \nHolly Condon is an Eldercare Consultant who helps seniors and their families navigate the complex world of senior living\, home care\, memory care\, and long-term care planning. With extensive experience guiding families through challenging transitions\, she and her husband David  serve as trusted advocates and educators that help clients make informed decisions aligning with their care needs\, preferences\, and financial circumstances. \nAlthough they serve different generations\, both Grainne and Holly dedicate their work to caring for families during some of life’s most important and challenging moments.
